Morning Routine

The 5 a.m. club – MORNING ROUTINE

We all know how much stress people lay in having a morning routine. But what is it actually that is to be done? No one goes in-depth about that!

  1. The First thing is to stretch your arms in the bed and lay there with your eyes open (or else you will fall asleep). Make yourself realize how many opportunities await you today.

  2. Be thankful for another day in your life and mentally just try to feel how you want to feel at the end of the day.

Now the question is how do you express gratitude for a boring life, right? It is not that difficult. The thing about expressing gratitude is that you start to increase your frequency. If this sounds too complicated to you then in simple words it elevated your mood without you knowing it. It sends out good vibes which come back to you multiplied.

  1. Then tell yourself that you have the qualities that make you unique and believe in yourself. It is just a self talk to pump you up for the day and boost your confidence.

  2. Get hydrated!

  3. Move your body. Any light workout would do. Just 15 minutes of stretching or you can do some dancing for which I would suggest Fitness Marshall

  4. Having breakfast becomes essential because it gives you energy for your whole day!

  5. You can choose reading a few pages from the newspaper or a book. If you do not prefer reading then listen to motivating podcast.
